Consider your temperature requirements carefully, as they directly influence material selection. Our products are designed to meet diverse temperature needs effectively. Typically, the heat transfer printing felt is crafted from 100% Nomex, capable of withstanding working temperatures up to 260ºC, with a mechanical operation threshold of about 230ºC. Enhanced temperature resistance does come with a higher price tag.
It is paramount to adhere to installation instructions meticulously. Ensure accurate installation of the blanket, aligning it with the directional arrows. It's advisable to cool the machine completely before installation. Protect the blanket connected to the heating drum until operation. Post-installation, verify that all drums are parallel, then adjust the tension to facilitate the blanket's stretching operation.
Heat up and maintain blanket operation
At low speed: 140ºC for 2 hours
170ºC for 2 hours
and 200ºC for 4 hours
At high speed: 220ºC for 2 hours
and 240ºC for 2 hours
Finally, gradually reduce the temperature to 220ºC for continued operation, and regularly check the tension between the middle and sides to
ensure they are balanced. Avoid loosening the blanket for at least a week. The machine should be powered off only when the temperature has dropped below 100 degrees Celsius.
